You are reserving an appointment with Peter Papoulakos and may cancel or reschedule a photoshoot within 24 hours prior to scheduled time to avoid cancellation fee.
Shoots canceled/rescheduled after the 24hr period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
You authorize Peter Papoulakos to charge your credit card the full amount on the day of your appointment and for any additional add on services requested.
All Photos are delivered via digital download within 24 hours from 7pm on the day of your shoot with the exception of window composite and enhancements which are delivered within 24-48hrs.
All Videos are delivered via Vimeo/Youtube link within 3-5 business days following the day of the shoot.
If video is posted to property websites, you must use the provided Vimeo link, unless given written prior approval by Peter Papoulakos.
All videos/photos posted to social media such as Instagram, Facebook Youtube, Vimeo, etc, must credit the creator of the video/photo as Peter Papoulakos Photography and using respective social media handles.

Currently serving a 30 mile radius from Springfield VA, Service area includes Northern Virginia, Washington DC and select part of Maryland (Chevy Chase, Potomac, Bethesda & Silver Spring). Photoshoots scheduled outside of 30 miles are subject to fees based on travel distance and route for that time of day.
Photographers reserve the right to modify scheduled appointments if needed within 24 hour before appointment to accommodate travel time. If an appointment is modified by a photographer you will be notified via email.
Before booking make sure you select the correct square footage package. Square footage is checked and cost may be altered to reflect correct square footage on final invoice.
Window Composite totals are calculated after the shoot is completed at the end of the night and charged accordingly. Please let photographer know how many you want at the photoshoot. Turn around on window composites is 24-48hrs
In some instances due to traffic, scheduling and/or automated booking technology actual arrival times on the day of the shoot may vary by 10-20 minutes. You will be notified before your shoot if there will be a delay. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Peter Papoulakos (Licensor) grants to Client (Licensee) rights to use and Reproduce the items identified in the address booked upon final payment, solely to the extent explicitly stated in usages listed below. This right may be exercised by subcontractors of Licensee (including Purchaser) for preparation of the Licensee's Work, provided that such subcontractors agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. Photo credit must read: ©Peter Papoulakos Photography if you used in any publication that are able to implement a photo credit.

This agreement is between Peter Papoulakos and Client , who retains services of Photographer, as an Independent Contractor to deliver Photographs to Client. Copyright and all film, prints, media, and digital files remain the property of Photographer. The only rights granted to the Photographs are those specifically set forth above under “Rights Granted/Usage License”. All other rights are reserved by Photographer. Rights granted may not be transferred or assigned, in whole or in part, whether voluntary or by operation of law without the express written consent of Photographer. Client waives all defenses arising under section 107 of the Copyright Act, and waives all revision and reproduction rights or privileges under section 201 of the Act. This agreement is not a work made for hire. This agreement shall be governed under the laws of the place of residence of Photographer. Client agrees to personal jurisdiction in the state of residence of photographer.
Payment: No rights are granted until payment is received in full. Failure to make timely payment shall be deemed an act of copyright infringement under the United States Copyright Act. A detailed accounting of fees and production charges will be provided in the invoice, but unless specifically stated no vendor receipts will be provided. Photos only become available for download after payment has been processed.
Warrants & Liability: Photographer warrants that Photographs were created by him/her and he/she has authority to license their use to Client. Client will defend Photographer against any and all claims, liability, damages, and costs, including legal fees & expenses, arising out of the creation, use, or misuse of the images. Unless delivered to Client by Photographer, no Model or Property release exists. Client shall pay Photographer’s costs and expenses (including Photographer’s reasonable attorney’s fees and related costs) incurred in connection with enforcing the terms of this Agreement, including those incurred without commencing a court proceeding.
I, the licensor certify that I own and have the ability to control the licenses for this property. By signing this release, I hereby give the photographer and assigns my permission to use the images/video depicting the property in any media, for any purposes, which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the images/video may be combined with other images/video, text and graphics and cropped, altered or modified. I acknowledge and agree that I have no further right to additional consideration or accounting, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to photographer/videographer and/or assigns. I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs, assigns and any other person claiming an interest in the property. I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age. I have the full legal capacity and right to execute this release and grant the rights herein granted with respect to the property, and to bind all persons claiming an interest in the property.
