Hi, I’m Peter! Thank you for visiting my page and wanting to learn more about me. I’m a professional photographer located in Northern Virginia who services the DMV area.

My passion for photography began over two decades ago when I fell in love with still photography while developing film in the art lab of my former high school. But, my love for photography should have been obvious to me long before that, as I found myself taking photos and creating skateboarding videos of me and my friends in my early teenage years. In 2002 I decided to purchase a digital camera. I quickly found out that DSLR’s in the early 2000’s were still developing; the 2 megapixel camera I wanted seemed like a major investment for a hobby so I opted for a “higher end” point and shoot. In 2006 I was ready to invest in myself and decided to take my first steps into pursuing a career as a professional photographer by purchasing my first pro DSLR.

Over the last 13+ years I have received a tremendous amount of support from my loving fiance, Cristina, who has tirelessly encouraged my pursuit of photography. Cristina has supported me in all facets of my career from the business side to assisting me at shoots and even being my own personal model-- if you haven’t met her yet, you most definitely will! My passion has extended into many networks throughout the years and I have had the pleasure of working with an array of wonderful couples, families, communities, companies and nonprofits with missions that align with my own.

I am proud of my accomplishments as a professional photographer and appreciate the opportunity to work with so many amazing clients and the local community. Some of the highlights in my career have been being repeatedly published, invited to photograph prestigious events and people, and having my art be a part of history. In 2018 some of my photographs of D.C. punk and hardcore bands collection were featured in a gallery in Washington, D.C.; once the exhibit is over, my photos will be achieved at the Martin Luther King Junior Library. I’ve also been published online and in print by multiple magazines and other publications. I currently have a (print) recipe sampler book in circulation nationwide which was published by the American Diabetes Association. Additionally, I have also photographed many meetings, press briefings, events (private) with prominent political figures ranging from the President of the United States and the presidential family, to a great amount of white house officials and elected representatives.
