FAQ.

You will recieve a pay to download link when your images are delivered. You may aslo log into your acccount and add your credit card info for a faster checkout. All payments are due upon image delivery. Orders not paid within 30 days of delivery are subject to additional fees.
A typical shoot will consist from 2-4 images per scene/room.
Open floor plans tend to need more photos as they require more angles to capture everything.
It is always better to book more photos to ensure you get more options.

Floorplans: 24hrs
Vides: 3-4 Business days
Reels: 24-36hrs
Rush service is available for photos and floor plans but may not be an option sometimes and usually is only determined the evening of your shoot. Rush fees start at $75 and can go up to $120.
More photos can be ordered as long as they were taken at the time of your original appointment. If your photographer does have extra photos that were not delivered they can be purchased in quantities of 15 photos @ $75 each.
If the photographer did not take additional photos you would need to schedule a new shoot.

All interiors and exteriors can be taken even on rainy days.
If you prefer a sunny day, please reschedule ahead of time to avoid any rescheduling/cancellation fees.

You may also choose to book an exterior only shoot starting @ $100 on a sunnier day.
Weather conditions that may impede or make travel dangerous for photographers may be rescheduled at photographers discretion.
Typically snowy days will be rescheduled but it is handled on a case by case basis.

Shoots canceled/rescheduled after the 24hr period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee/rescheduling fee.
